Leadership In The Dog Pack

We have all heard of the term Alpha Dog, but few understand exactly what that represents.

A true Alpha Dog is a true LEADER: the one that has the respect of pack members by being fair and just in expectations, teaching the rules of behavior, guiding and being patient. A true Leader does not need to Yell, Argue, Nag or Fight.

Dogs demand Leadership, and in the absence of a good leader, they will set their own rules. Unfortunately, proper human social behavior and canine rules of proper behavior do not coincide. It is difficult for us humans to understand that dogs do NOT want equality. They either want to be in charge, or know their place in the pack. It is our responsibility to be the true leader, and teach our canine family members that while they are living with a human pack, they need to learn proper human social behavior, and that their place in the pack is not at the top.

Angeldogs™ uses only positive reinforcement techniques, no choke chains, to teach true leadership and canine communication skills.

Call today, improve your relationship with your canine friend. Angeldogs™ - 941-484-3647, 941-HUG DOGS.
